Chrysalis™ Feldspathic Veneers.
Dutton Dental Concepts is committed to offering the best products and services out there. That’s why we have created our own feldspathic laminate veneers, Chrysalis™, which combines the most esthetic veneering material with the benefits of superior results. Strong, biocompatible, and beautiful, Chrysalis restorations are meant to last, giving your patients a new smile and a new sense of confidence for years to come.
Chrysalis veneers are successful not only in concealing the discoloration
which may exist in the original teeth, but also in giving a very natural appearance. The precise fit of our veneers adds to their strength, which we achieve using a refractory model technique. The final fit is performed on
the model under a microscope. When combined, these techniques offer the beautiful Chrysalis veneers you will enjoy providing for your patients.

Dutton Custom Abutment
The Dutton Custom Abutment was created to provide natural esthetics when the white wax-up indicates that baked pink or white porcelain is needed at the cervical. Our abutment is custom cast in semi-precious metal to which we then apply the cervical porcelain, yielding a seamless appearance to the restoration. With three gingival shades to choose from, a strong and beautiful smile can be made for every patient. Gingival shade samples are available and we will be pleased to send them to you at no charge.

3i® Encode™ Abutments
It starts with the surgeon placing Encode Healing Abutments at Stage I or Stage II surgery. 3i Encode Healing Abutments have codes embedded in the occlusal surface. These codes provide the information necessary for the ideal anatomical design of the final Encode Abutment. Laser optical scanning interprets these codes off of the cast and enables the design of the appropriate abutment in CAD software. The virtual abutment is then milled to the precise design from a solid piece of titanium alloy. You deliver Patient Specific Restorations® that support soft tissue and have the ideal margin height and natural emergence contours from only an impression of a healing abutment.

Locator Overdentures
The Locator Overdenture is the restoration of choice when you need a solution for a case with inaccurately aligned attachment components. The Locator Attachment provides an option of a straight post or ten and twenty degree angles to accommodate divergent roots. In addition, three different retentive males provide a wide range of preferences depending on the needs of the patient.
Another innovative feature of the Locator is that it has a combination of inside and outside retention which allows a greater surface area than previously available with other attachments. This advantage ensures the longest lasting retention performance we have ever seen in any dental attachment. Doctors will find that the denture is extremely secure, and patients are pleased that they can easily snap in their own dentures.

Fixed/Detachable Hybrid IPN Bridge
This fixed-detachable prosthesis is a screw-retained restoration requiring a minimum of five to six implants. The system is removable only by the doctor, and can be fabricated in two alternative forms. The first form is the more conventional "high-water" restoration, which offers versatility in options when implant placement is somewhat compromised. The second technique, a fixed bridge, is dependent upon an accurate placement of implants in the correct anatomical tooth position.
The fixed bridge technique is often preferred by patients because it has the ability to look much more lifelike, as it omits an otherwise high-water design with pink acrylic base material. For patients possessing a high lip line, the esthetic difference can be significant.
Both of these approaches will achieve the desired outcome only if the pre-surgical prosthetic case workup with the laboratory is thorough; and also, if the implant placement was carefully guided utilizing a tooth position guide. A partnership with Dutton ensures that these processes are completed with the end in mind to achieve a functional and esthetic result.

Swivel-Loc Precision Implant Restoration
The Swivel-Loc Precision Milled Bar is a highly advanced procedure for fabricating combination fixed and removable Precision Implant Prosthetics. This process combines precision milling and electronic casting of a primary bar with a removable secondary restoration. A system of this nature offers a variety of options to fit the individual requirements of the patient.

Lew-Loc Precision Implant Restoration
The Lew-Loc system works for either unilateral or bilateral applications. It also maintains maximum esthetics and enhanced hygiene accessibility while still granting proper phonetics. The primary bar is precision milled to a two degree taper, distributing the forces equally to the five or six implants and allows the positive locking of the prosthesis. For the first time, the dental technician is able to machine both primary and secondary attachments at the same time, in a single operation, with both attachments in exact relationship to each other.

Subperiosteal Implants
Dutton is one of the few laboratories in the nation that fabricates subperiosteal implants, and we have created them successfully for over 15 years. They are custom-designed to sit on top of the bone and under the tissue, and they can be either complete arch, unilateral or universal.
We understand that these implants are often the only viable option for patients suffering from advanced jawbone resorption. As such, these conditions require only the highest standards possible. Ryan Dutton, CDT, a Misch Institute alumnus, is meticulous in his approach. Each case is subject to careful scrutiny and ongoing consultation to ensure the subperiosteal implant has an excellent fit, leading to an optimal final prosthesis.
Ivocap® Conventional Dentures
The SR Ivocap® precision processing technique saves chairtime and ensures a high level of patient satisfaction. With Ivocap, increases in vertical dimension are not an issue. Wax patterns can be reproduced precisely. Therefore the destruction of occlusal morphology caused by time-consuming adjustments can be virtually eliminated.
Optimum shrinkage compensation enables the fabrication of dentures that fit exactly. The exceptional polishability of the material also reduces the build-up of plaque. These conventional dentures may utilize Portrait IPN Teeth, Bioform IPN, or any other material upon request.
Valplast®
If a patient cannot tolerate or is allergic to metal, a traditional denture will not work. An alternative dentists can prescribe is flexible material for removable partial dentures (RPDs). Using Valplast® can reduce chair time and eliminates invasive procedures and the cumbersome materials associated with rigid partials. The material in flexible partials is perfectly suited to the variety of natural conditions in the mouth. It simplifies the design and enables the RPD itself to balance the simultaneous requirements of retention, support and stability.

Equipoise® Partials
Conventionally designed partials have unsightly hooks which show when talking or smiling. Because of their bulky and poor performance, conventional partials also damage teeth when chewing. Equipoise partials are designed to combat these implications by protecting your teeth and by showing little or no metal. In other words, this system ensures that mechanical function and the patient’s smile are restored with confidence.

Estheticlasp™ Partials
The EsthetiClasp™ provides a more esthetic approach to partial frameworks through a “hidden clasp” effect, which eliminates the obvious visibility of a metal clasp without compromising strength. The EsthetiClasp is created with the strength and overall endurance of Vitallium® products and processing, promoting a sturdy assimilation into the attached area.

Precision Attachment Partials
Precision Attachments Partials require an intricacy that can come only from streamlined inter-lab communication and healthy team collaborations. We apply the same rigorous standards to our esthetically balanced Precision Partials as we do our Crown and Bridge restorations. Our skilled technicians work together in-house to provide a multi-dimensional piece that accommodates both engineering and esthetical demands.
